Wits Realty is a growing real estate agency based in the Twin Cities. They help their clients find perfect homes with a professional, warm, and friendly approach. The realtors at Wits take their jobs seriously, but they don’t take themselves too seriously. They pride themselves at genuinely caring for their clients and guiding them to making good real estate decisions.
The Problem
The Wits Realty team approached Bone Designs for help keeping their brand consistent. Realtors put together their own marketing materials for their clients’ properties, which had diluted the Wits brand or in some cases, tossed it out altogether.

The Bone Designs Solution
After consultation with the Wits team, Bone Designs got to work on a graphic design solution for the real estate agency. We created a Wits client folder that included a sale sheet, just sold mailer, and call-out cards for showings, all of which could be updated by the agents in Canva. To round out the marketing materials, Bone Designs also put together a Why Wits one-pager and a gift box.

However, the icing on the cake was a brand-new customer booklet that explained the buying and selling process with Wits Realty, including a Why Wits? page and an explanation of how they market homes for sale. The booklet is given to every Wits client and prospective client to help them understand the agency and the real estate process.
Other Graphic Design Projects
In addition to these print design projects, Bone Designs created a special events logo for the Wits Realty Golf Tournament. The event logo plays off of the Wits logo while incorporating golf imagery. The logo plays well on t-shirts, beer koozies, and other items the agency hands out at the tournament.
Our experience with Taylor, Bone Designs, has been nothing short of incredible! He is such a talented designer and has been able to help us with so many different projects: buyer/seller guide, logos, custom boxes, building signs, flyers, folders, and so many more marketing projects. Taylor has always provided us with multiple concepts and is so patient with revisions.
